#player1 Jackson Jackson
#player2 Mack Mack
>Jackson: EEEIIJL -EEIIJ +0 0
#note pretty close with exchanging. I always exchange (it sims about 2 points better)
>Mack: IMNPSSV H7 VIM +16 16
#note Played this too fast, SPIV is better to unload another consonant and reduce overlaps.
>Jackson: ADELNOS I8 NO +10 10
#note DO is also worth considering - AELNS is pretty gross cause of LN antisynergy, but it still bingoes a lot and scores 2 more. as well, IN takes more back hooks than ID (he averages 1.5 more after NO).
I average 3.5 more after DO though, so it about balances out. I usually opt against LN when I can, especially because when Mack plays greater bingo defense than quackle, I am better off having a better scoring rack, which is ADELS in this case
>Mack: CENPSST 10F PEST +24 40
#note M: Saw INSPECTS but definitely not playing that after Jackson's fish. Realized right after hitting my clock that PST was better... played too fast again.

J: interesting position here! Mack has (IN)SPECTS for 39, but it looks clearly wrong after my fish. CENTS would be good if I didn't give him rack information, but probably not a great idea against my range.
he suggested PST after the game, which looks good. sims really well with my strong range implied

>Jackson: ADEILSZ 11E ZA +26 36
#note gahhhhh I saw SAL(IN)IZED but chickened out of it! mack attackkk
I also missed LAZIED, spent most of my time deciding between ZE(E) and ZA. with nothing implied, ZEE and ZA sim ahead of LAZIED, with ZEE slightly ahead because of the scoring defense of it.
I felt that PEST rarely keeps an A, because in order to keep an A he probably needs another E on his rack, and I felt that with an A he would probably bingo too often or play something a bit fishier. Since he didn't have an A in my mind, ZA was a bit more scoring defense than usual, and since he has an E a fair amount, I felt ZEE was less scoring defensive than usual, evening the playing field a bit.
ZEE also maximizes my S's value a bit more than ZA, since the 11 row is only really accessible by an S now, and J column plays will give back an S hook to me with ZINES (unless he plays ZINC or ZINS)
with his actual rack specified ZA does a bit better. I'm not sure what's best, I'm liking ZEE a bit more now because I think my future options with the S are better, but given his range I also don't mind ZA. thoughts?
>Mack: BCENOSW J9 BOW +26 66
>Jackson: DEIJLST 12H JILTED +53 89
#note that worked out well
>Mack: ?CEEINS K3 EvINCES +74 140
#note Saw SENECIo for 2 more but liked taking out the S hook that will be very annoying later on
>Jackson: ?EISUUY -UUY +0 89
>Mack: AAELNOR H12 .EAN +33 173
>Jackson: ?AEIIQS M9 QAI.S +50 139
>Mack: ALMORTX 12A MORTAL +38 211
#note Interesting choice here... LAX or MAX are standard but decided to keep the X to go for a big play with QI/AX next turn. Quackle has the plays neck and neck
>Jackson: ?EFIRRY 3F REFIn.RY +80 219
>Mack: AKLOTUX A8 OAKU. +33 244
#note Better than KOFTA to keep the T for TIX
>Jackson: CDEHUUW B6 WUD +18 237
#note EU(N)UCH is okay to put pressure on with the S! WUD seems fine though
>Mack: ALNOSTX C3 TAXON +34 278
#note Decided I'd had enough of going for an X bomb here
>Jackson: CEEGHOU D4 HUG +40 277
#note seems sliiightly better than HUE, but it's close. bingo % is basically the same
>Mack: AILOSTT N5 ALTOIST +78 356
>Jackson: CEENORR F1 CO.NERER +64 341
#note didn't really like this, but figured I'm not winning with anything else
I could do RECON but Mack is smart enough to either be able to outrun or leave 7 in the bag so he has tempo in the endgame. RE(F) is another idea which is better for timing cause he can't leave 7 in the bag, but I think he can just outrun too often
>Mack: AADGIRU 15A GUARDIA. +83 439
#note I was almost positive CORNERER* was bogus but the odds of it being good seemed greater than the odds of me losing after playing this, so I let it go
>Jackson: DEEGIIL H3 .IE +7 348
#note does not appear there are any wins. I was going for GLENOID, but he can outrun or block with good knowledge
>Mack: EHNOPVY O1 PHONY +47 486
#note This over CHEVY to block the possibility of O5 FLIED for a lot
>Jackson: BDEFGIL 14F BL.DE +28 376
#note GIBED/ZAG!
>Mack: EEV B1 VEE +14 500
>Mack: (FGI) +14 514
