#note I didn't consider I1 QUAI! it's cool because it sets up my U for plays ending in -QUE and stuff, which don't get blocked too much.

I considered keeping AIQU because I get AL(FA)QUI with an L or ? draw. AIQU still sims badly though, I figured it gets blocked a lot and when I don't hit the L I am worse off. exchanging all 7 sims as the top exchange here, mostly because QU isn't very good on this board.

QUAG and then QUAI sim best. IIU can also get bailed out by 2 row sixes. as always I overexchange!

>jackson: AIMOUVY B13 YOU +21 125
#note spent a long time on this play - I didn't see b11 MIAOU which is kinda cool. VY isn't so bad. looks better than YOU, which sims about tied with MO(D)U(L)I and (ER)UV
>frank_tangredi: DGIN I3 DING +23 147
>jackson: AEIKMOV J2 VOE +23 148
#note damnnn missed 2 star plays, 11I MIKVA and J2 KAME! I have no idea how I missed KAME

(S)KIVE is also worth considering, especially because he might not know SKIVER. VOE is my usual style, but is also really annoying with the lane it leaves open. I was about to do MOVIE instead but at least liked that the K column gets taken/blocked a fair amount.

MIKVA sims best by a bit over KAME, which makes sense. IOV is particularly bad here
>frank_tangredi: EEENOTT -EEENO +0 147
>jackson: ACEIKMN 12C .ICKMAN +32 180
#note figured I get away with this a lot. I can also do MICK here, which is probably a better idea. Not a big fan of the S hook though. SICKMAN sims best by a bit
>frank_tangredi: ?ABHISS B2 BAnISH.S +85 232
>jackson: AEEEQUZ H12 .QUA +39 219
#note why didn't I do ZEE? AEQU has more potential than EEEZ
>frank_tangredi: UX C3 XU +37 269
>jackson: EEEEILZ D1 ZEE +32 251
#note have to hope he can't hit the Z, or that he hits the Z and I bingo
>frank_tangredi: EIPW E4 WIPE. +22 291
>jackson: CEEILOT 1D .LOTE +42 293
>frank_tangredi: EGINPRT 15G T.PERING +62 353
>jackson: CEGIJUV K10 JUICE. +30 323
#note I'm in a truly terrible position here. I opted for JUICER because I felt i would hit a bingo next turn more often than after JIVE(R). I didn't consider a12 VEG, which goes for N10 J plays like JOWING or JADING. In a sim, I actually bingo most next turn after VEG!
>frank_tangredi: ADDO K4 DADO +20 373
>jackson: EGLRTVY 7J G.R +4 327
#note I doubt I can win with perfect play from Frank, since opening up two bingo lanes is impossible. GOR is nice because he has no hooks for it in the pool, so he may do an incomplete block. I'm going for NOVELTY
>frank_tangredi: ILNNOTW L5 TO.N +10 383
#note he actually has no 100% wins! Any play that blocks both OVERTLY and NOVELTY also gives up ELYTRON.

we didn't notice the possibility of ELYTRON after the game, so we were thinking plays like (A)WN would win. frank made his best endgame play here, winning with 7/8 draws!
>jackson: ELORTVY M1 OVERTLY +103 430
#note luckily I don't hit my NOVELTY fish but hit the one word I had to not have.

this was a super sloppy game on my end - missing quag/quai, miaou, kame/skive/mikva, zee, and veg. I wasn't spending enough time looking for options, spending too much time debating. YOU was more of a brainpower mistake, I remember actively looking for options and just not seeing miaou.
