#player1 Adam Adam Logan
#player2 Will Will Anderson
>Adam: EEGOPRS 8G PEG +12 12
>Will: INTUUUX 9H XU +23 23
#note Groan, awful miss of UTU#, which forces a ton of his bingos to give me a TWS in response.
>Adam: EOORRSY 7G OY +24 36
>Will: AINOTUU -IOUU +0 23
#note Pick an exchange out of a hat between leaving AT INT and ANT imo. Actually CP picks ex. UU, heh.
>Adam: AEOORRS 6E ROO +10 46
>Will: AABNRTT D4 RABAT +22 45
#note Wow, Quackle really likes TAB a lot better. I guess that makes sense, I get a far better leave for just 4 fewer points and better scoring defense (doesn't open triple or JZ spot).
>Adam: ADEERSY C7 YE +20 66
>Will: ?NNOTUV 5C V.UT +20 65
>Adam: ADEIMRS B8 SEDARIM +81 147
>Will: ?GNNOTU 14B .OUNTiNG +62 127
>Adam: AAIILUV H12 VI.A +33 180
>Will: HNORSST 9A R.HS +32 159
#note A running theme for me at Alchemist was misplaying racks with two esses. Here it's absolutely necessary for me to keep the R, which massively improves my leave for a cost of a measly one point. 9B EHS# for sure. The actual numbers are 53% bingo for EHS# and 38% for REHS#. Yes, I think I would pay 1 point to improve my bingo% by 15%.
>Adam: AEILNOU A12 EOAN +31 211
>Will: EHLNOST C11 HEL.T +30 189
#note Very similar error here - HELO for two fewer keeps NOST which is just far better than NOS (40% to 33% bingo for HELO and HELOT respectively). G13 HIN is also nice to score well, block Q, and pump up bingo% to 50%. Not as bad as last turn but definitely failing to maximize my chances.
>Adam: ADILLSU 12H .ALID +18 229
>Will: EEFJNOS J10 JO. +26 215
#note I can't recall my reasoning for not doing JOLE.
>Adam: EKLQSUW 13G Q. +41 270
>Will: EEFNRSW K11 W.FE +30 245
>Adam: EKLSTUW 15K SWELT +47 317
>Will: CENORRS J2 CORNERS +74 319
#note No choice but to make this a blank race (SCORNERS)
>Adam: EFKLOTU N10 FLOTE. +34 351
>Will: ADEIIMN O4 DIAMINE +91 410
#note Huge fail here not playing AMIDINE to guard against the Z - sim doesn't dock me as much as I deserve because Z racks already score a lot with ZO# alongisde CORNERS, but those 15-20 points could be huge. Just went for the extra 3 points without thinking...frustrating.
>Adam: ?AIIKUZ N6 ZA +66 417
#note As it turns out Adam would've had AdZUKI for 90 post-AMIDINE (he pointed this out to me himself after like one second when I mentioned AMIDINE/DIAMINE postgame)
>Will: ABEEGIP 4G PIE.AGE +22 432
#note This appears to be my best shot. If I can manage to draw something like CU (CUB) or DI (BID) he can't outscore my outs (and obviously the blank would be an auto win).
>Adam: ?CDIIKU 1F DICKs +42 459
>Will: BIN M7 BIN +19 451
#note O12 BINT/I3 BEIN# are one better. Think I had some time pressure going on. Hard not to see this one as potentially winnable with UTU#, EHS#, and maybe a couple other marginal moves like TAB over RABAT and HELOT over HELO.
>Will: (IU) +4 455
