>David: AEGIM 8H IMAGE +18 18
>Wally: ACLNRSU L7 C.NSURAL +70 70
#note Didn't think of LUCARNES, which I knew. Luckily, David let it stand.
>David: AAH 7H AHA +25 43
>Wally: EILOPRT 6B POLITER +70 140
#note Didn't think of PETIOLAR or EPILATOR.
>David: IIU -IIU +0 43
>Wally: ?AGKNUW E1 UnWAK.NG +80 220
#note Weird, I know...I saw WAUKING, but no spot.
Thought I'd give it a try. Lucky to have it stick.
So excited, I forgot to double it. This game score is going to be quite a bit higher.
>David: AR 3C RA. +12 55
>Wally: ENORSTU C6 .UTSNORE +70 290
>David: AILQ 1D Q.AIL +72 127
#note nice!
>Wally: BBEIOST 14H BIBE.OTS +86 376
#note I was close to playing this word in the previous game so it was already on my mind. I threw it down so fast, I thought it wouldn't get challenged. But I guess David just couldn't accept being buried this fast and finally had enough of my weird words. Too bad for him he picked the wrong one.

I had a game at SWILLNS 2008 vs. Steve Pellinen where I had played 5 bingos in a row, so I was really excited to be matching that record. Little did I suspect...
>David: AEIOTTW - +0 127
#note This was an unsuccessful challenge, actually.
>Wally: ?DEMOOR O8 DORMOu.E +149 525
#note Omigod!...I underscored this play, too! By 9 points!
I thought of gROOMED for 95 and MOiDORES for 83 before I buckled down to consider 3x3s. At first, I convinced myself that the word was DOORMOUSE*, and started looking for others. Then I remembered that DORMICE was good, so I plunked it down.

Anybody out there ever had a 525 after 6 turns? Un-mickie-flickin'-believable!
>David: EFR 15G REF +35 162
>Wally: ADEGOWY 13K W.Y +33 558
#note D11 WEDGY woulda been nice (for 46). I think I saw it in column B and under OUTSNORE for 10 points less and rejected it since the board was still wide open and I was still stuck in bingo lust. Never looked at the D column.
>David: DEEIX D11 DEXIE +44 206
#note David saw it!
>Wally: DEGLOTT B11 TOLD +27 585
#note Whoops!...overscored this one by 3.
Man, this total just keeps on changing.
Thought of GOLD, but liked GET leave better than TET.
Lots of Is and Ns left.
Never saw GODET.
>David: FH G5 F.H +27 233
>Wally: AEGNPTZ 4B ZET. +32 617
#note Never even thought of PLEX plays.
With all the unseen Is and my newly acquired N, I was happy with the PANG leave. Also happy to leave row 10 open to make an 8 with the open S instead of playing ZEST (33) or GAZES (35).
>David: ACIO A12 CIAO +50 283
#note Wow...nice!
I HAD been thinking of ILEX, but David got the I first.
>Wally: AGJNNPS 11K J.N +20 637
#note SPANG leaving JN...really? For 4 points more! I can't agree with that.
Have to sacrifice the row 10 bingo line, but there is still opportunity.
>David: EV 8A VE. +18 301
>Wally: AEGINPS N2 SPINAGE +77 714
#note Finally, the payoff...bingo #7...and one of my most-coveted yet unplayed ones to boot!

I thought I was "only" at 693 after this bingo.

Worried about not hitting 700 if David would bingo out. Considering the pool, that might seem silly. But there is actually one playable 8. If I don't draw the Y and two Is. Weird that those would be the desirable picks.
>David: DENOTUV O1 VOE +24 325
>Wally: IIY 3L YI.. +18 732
#note Couldn't remember if it was YIPE or YIKE that wasn't good, but decided to go for it.
>David: DNTU F13 NUT +12 337
#note Not sure how David missed DUNT here, but I'm not complaining!
>Wally: I B4 .I. +14 746
#note 14 extra points! Yeah, I can live with that...plus 4 more for his D. OK!

So after all the mis- and recalculation, I end up with a 750 instead of a 729. Holy Stromboli...I like it!

That's 413 spread points!

It also ties some official records:
a) Most bingos in a row
b) Most consecutive opening bingos
c) Most bingos by one player in a game

And that also makes it the 4th-highest NSA/NASPA tournament score on record (instead of the 8th-highest, which still overjoyed me). What a Christmas present! Ho ho ho! Seriously, I'm jazzed!
>Wally: (D) +4 750
