>Colin_Northmore: AIMOW 8H MIAOW +28 28
>Dave_Koenig: ABLPSVY 7I BY +22 22
#note Apparently a pretty poor choice. I figured it was going to take a couple turns to get out of this consonant drek but that I could help myself score in the meantime by setting up this PYA hook. But in a sim this is about 8 points behind the two leaders, VIABLY, which cleans out the rack much faster, and 7H ABLY, which scores well enough to compensate for the PSV leave.

#note NEATHERDS would have scored 12 more points. When you find a good move, look for a better one.
>Colin_Northmore: AEHIRTX 10I EX +40 168
>Dave_Koenig: EEEGNNR 11K EEN +11 281
#note With a substantial lead on a tight board, it seemed best to avoid chasing a few more points in a way that would give him openings for bingos, e.g., H11 GREEN or 13G EEN. Even though I have good bingo tiles, I don't need to worry about creating openings for them and can just let him do so instead.

>Colin_Northmore: QU J12 .UQ +32 212
>Dave_Koenig: CEGINRU 14J .UERN +28 324
#note QUINCE is the obvious high scoring play, but given the way he has been fishing for the last couple of turns, it did not seem circumspect to put the E in the triple-triple lane at this moment.
>Colin_Northmore: FIR N1 RIF +23 235
>Dave_Koenig: CGIKMOT H12 .ICK +30 354
#note Close call between this and ROCK, but with more than half of the I's still out there, it seemed best not to hold onto one.
>Colin_Northmore: DENNORT O3 TENDRON +83 318
>Dave_Koenig: ?GIMOTW 15L MeOW +43 397
#note With the board still tight and the chance of bingos for the rest of this game low, I thought that going up by 80ish points and taking out the high scoring spot in the bottom right (before he hit something like O12 VAST) was more important than retaining the blank. I think my judgement on that was fine, but I had a better way to do it. O12 WOsT scores one more point, and on the type of board we have, the MIG leave is better than the TIG one, because it can enable me to keep scoring. Also, there are a lot of T's remaining, which might make me regret keeping one.
>Colin_Northmore: EHIV 13A HIVE +25 343
>Dave_Koenig: BCGIITT A12 C.IT +36 433
#note CHIB scores enough extra to be reasonable, but I am happy to keep another scoring tile here and avoid getting to a bad three or four T rack.
>Colin_Northmore: LOU 10L LOU +9 352
>Dave_Koenig: BGINOTT 5E BINGO +18 451
#note Quackle Championship Player agrees with my choice and thinks that it and 5H BO are the only plays at 100% to win. My play makes it hard, but not impossible, for him to bingo. But it's also a question of endgame timing. I'm making sure that he probably only gets one more shot at bingoing, and if he does, I will have time to make another scoring play and not get caught with too much on my rack.

#note High scoring out was D11 AHED for 14.
