>Mark: AKORT 8D KORAT +28 28
>Will: EGILNQR 9C QIN +30 30
#note Quite surprising that QI bingos 10% more than QIN#...QI sims two points better on two-ply (QI is -3 to QIN# in score, -1 in opp. average response, and +6 in my next turn score, resulting in that two point edge). I suppose perhaps another nice thing about QI is that holding back my N might create nice QIN# hooking plays for next turn if I brick my bingo draw.
>Mark: OOX 10E OXO +29 57
>Will: ABEFGLR 9G BEFLAG +29 59
#note Missed E7 GONOF which looks good. 7G FAG was tempting and is considerably more defensive than BEFLAG (doesn't open TWS or double-double lane) while also bingoing the same amount. Both are a point or two better than BEFLAG.
>Mark: BILTU 8K BUILT +32 89
>Will: DENPRRW K8 ..WR +18 77
>Mark: AEV 7L VAE +19 108
>Will: ADENNPR 6N PA +21 98
#note I didn't think of F2 PARDNER and I also think I failed to generate N2 REPANEL, both of which look much better to turn over more tiles (getting an S is nearly essential to getting a bingo down). My thought process on this turn was odd and perhaps a good example of why I'm having problems with the clock in CSW. I was trying to generate a play that kept DNPR because I thought it would be cool to play E4 PUNDONOR# for 44, and couldn't find such a play. I played PA shortly thereafter trying to not use up time needlessly.
>Mark: DMY E7 M...DY +24 132
>Will: DEGNNRU C9 .UERN +28 126
#note Played this one nearly instantly - somehow did not generate any plays at all from 12A (GUNNY, DUNGY, GUNDY#). Sheesh.
>Mark: ?AILOST O8 .OTALISe +74 206
>Will: DEGNNOT 12A NE.D. +20 146
#note This play I feel OK with given the game situation, I can't just play something that doesn't open another area of the board (N13 GON#, 12C ROYNED#).
>Mark: EEV A12 .EVE +21 227
>Will: EGNORTW F2 WRONGE. +27 173
#note Continuing my attempts to keep the board from dying, sacrificing a big chunk of equity to play this over 14J WRONGS. Perhaps I should just play WRONGS and hope for an 8 ending in R from F1.
>Mark: AEOPRTU 14H APTEROU. +74 301
#note Of course, WRONGS works out significantly better.
>Will: ?EISSTZ H12 ZE.S +69 242
#note Quite the draw there, though. Maybe I can battle back...
>Mark: CGIN 4C INC.G +16 317
>Will: ?EIJSTT H1 JETS +46 288
#note This has to be better than TWINJETS especially because a J bingo from 1H is exactly the big followup I need to take full command of the game.
>Mark: CDU L12 CU.D +18 335
>Will: ?FIINTY 10B Y. +13 301
#note Used up the rest of my time here looking for a way to create more space - this does threaten a nice line with RYU, but I only hit it by drawing any of EER in the pool, and I was struggling to find any 8s I could actually hit from the letters in JETS, so I don't think YU can be correct. Mark should have at least one of AAAR to block the spot (AYU#) and I'll be back to the drawing board. I'm now liking 3A FIT, which threatens lots of big F bingos with a variety of draws, though unfortunately not much with the J. Quackle wants N10 IF, which seems unproductive.
>Mark: ADEIILR A4 DELIRIA +86 421
>Will: ?FIINST B6 IF +16 317
>Mark: AEHIMOO I1 OHO +24 445
>Will: ?AHINST O1 TAIHo. +36 353
#note This is my best play, surprisingly.
>Mark: AEIM 15D AMIE. +8 453
>Mark: (NS) +4 457
