>Chris_Cree: EIPQU 8H EQUIP +38 38
>Joshua_Sokol: CEEIORR L8 .RICE +18 18
#note In French, CO(EQUIP)IER would be 69. Means a teammate. I don't think I put enough (or any) thought into just RE(EQUIP) here, which wins a sim easily. CEIOR is definitely better than EOR, enough to compensate for PRICE's superior scoring defense and board shaping.

#note huge oversight of not playing ANY at 3C. I was never even close to seeing (M)Y as an underlap, for some reason.

>Joshua_Sokol: AFINOOY 4A FANO +40 252
>Chris_Cree: ?DEHINR O8 .NRIcHED +83 335
#note (E)pHEDRIN for 89 was what Chriis was looking for.
>Joshua_Sokol: ILOORSY 10I YO +25 277
#note I might be better off scoring here with A4 (F)LOOSY, 3 eses to come still, not a big deal to part with mine.
>Chris_Cree: ABEEEIS A4 .EEBS +30 365
#note and thus begins Chris being Chris. I just prayed he would give me an X spot for the exact reason he did, and boy did he deliver.
>Joshua_Sokol: DILORSX B6 XI +54 331
#note "You CAN'T have that! It's just IMPOSSIBLE that you have that!"

Definitely sucks for Chris that I drew the X on a 2-tile pull, however he's still well ahead here and it was annoying to me that I was still probably losing this game when my opponent was visibly much angrier than me about the game. But Chris'll be Chris, I had to love it, and knew it would happen when I put down the X.
>Chris_Cree: AEGIT C7 GAT +15 380
#note To illustrate how sick it was from Chris' perspective that I had XI, he had the only other remaining I other than the one I had, and I definitely didn't have the X on my YO play. So I would have had to already have the last I, which was super unlikely, and then DRAW the X, or draw XI on a two-tile draw, both extremely unlikely events.

>Chris_Cree: CEITTUV 1L .UCT +21 401
>Joshua_Sokol: BLORSSW D8 BOWLS +35 398
#note I was really hoping Chris had no vowels here, or only one. I can definitely outscore him at this point or bingo, but outscoring is quite possible.
>Chris_Cree: AEINNTV 10D .AVE +18 419
#note The top two plays here are sick. This is OK, but there are a few plays that are better. If Chris doesn't draw a vowel, he's pretty much sunk. He kept shaking his head in disbelief that this was still a game.
>Joshua_Sokol: DEMRRSV J1 V.RS.R +11 409
#note unfortunately I was drawing dead. Would have loved to draw an A instead of that V, but I guess drawing the X was all I would get this game. Almost stole this one. NAPE was bad, as was PRICE.
>Chris_Cree: AINNTUW H12 .AWN +21 440
#note E8 AW(A) is 4 points better since it blocks my best out.
>Joshua_Sokol: DEM 11B ME.D +20 429
>Joshua_Sokol: (INTU) +8 437
