Player 1
#player1 Joshua_Sokol Joshua Sokol
#player2 Ian_Weinstein Ian Weinstein
>Joshua_Sokol: HJOSTUU H4 JOUST +40 40
#note If I am to best a top player, I'd really like to play well. Is that too much to ask?
>Ian_Weinstein: EEL G7 EEL +10 10
>Joshua_Sokol: ?ACGHNU 6H .NCAUGHt +77 117
>Ian_Weinstein: AEILMNT K5 L.MINATE +90 100
#note Given my failure with an UN- word in my previous game with Ian, a ridiculously costly error, I was not too happy getting another chance to chance an odd-looking UN- word. I deserve no more chances. He held UNCAUGHT for a few minutes
>Joshua_Sokol: ?AAENOT O2 AnNO.ATE +71 188
>Ian_Weinstein: IIKW J10 KIWI +44 144
>Joshua_Sokol: EHIINRS F1 SHINIER +73 261
#note ooh, shiny bingos
>Ian_Weinstein: DEETV 1D VE.TED +42 186
>Joshua_Sokol: AEOQRTY E3 QAT +41 302
#note I missed two separate Q plays here. QAT actually plays at E5 forming TRES. Also Q(WE)RTY at 12I is cute. This is 11 points down the drain. Like I said, is it too much to ask to play well in my wins?
>Ian_Weinstein: OOZ I11 ZOO +34 220
>Joshua_Sokol: BEORRRY 12H B...RY +34 336
#note REBORROW* is not a word, but I smiled at how close I was to REBORR(OWE)D here
>Ian_Weinstein: ADU M12 .AUD +16 236
>Joshua_Sokol: EFIORRY 15K RE.RY +30 366
#note YIRRE(D) is obviously a word, and yet it wasn't obvious enough. I froze up here and almost blew the game.

I'm 99% to win here, let's remember
>Ian_Weinstein: ADEILNU E7 ALIUNDE +70 306
>Joshua_Sokol: AAEFIOP L8 FOE +28 394
#note Almost hit the clock after putting down FIE at L8 forming NI*. After the game, Ian started quoting Monty Python. It was a hilarious impression that I didn't know he had in him. F10 PEA sims better because of a few things I didn't consider.
>Ian_Weinstein: GIOR 4A ORIG.. +16 322
>Joshua_Sokol: AADIPVW 8A AVAI. +27 421
#note I had 17 minutes left on my clock when I played BOWERY, Ian currently has 8:22. I'm not going to play 3A WAP because 3x3s can happen, except there are only two of those, BEWORMING and ENWOMBING, that play. Hm. I didn't like this because I could draw consonants, he could play through one of the A's in AVAIL and I wouldn't be able to block everything at once. WAP 3A is actually fine. I can deal with the two 3x3 threats if they are still available next turn, but I'm not a computer. This was still a bad play.
>Ian_Weinstein: G C3 G. +6 328
>Joshua_Sokol: BDLMPWX 13C BL.W +18 439
#note ok, I've won, he can no longer bingo twice. Just a question of what is the best score I can get in two moves to score as much as possible I guess.

I think I screwed it up though. Thoughts? PL(E)X first? PL(E)W? Something else?
>Ian_Weinstein: P 10E .P +10 338
>Joshua_Sokol: DFMOPSX 2H FOX +37 476
>Ian_Weinstein: CEIORST 3I CIRES +38 376
#note CISTRON or CISTERN in the same spot
>Joshua_Sokol: DEMNPS 14G PENS +35 511
#note I miss yet another outplay. What is wrong with me? This also gives him a better out
>Ian_Weinstein: OT 4L TO +10 386
#note I'm so bad that my opponents don't even realize it when I given them better out spots.
>Ian_Weinstein: (DM) +10 396
