>Jackson_Smylie: ACCEGKV H7 VEG +14 14
#note I think GECK is the way to go. I was worried about VAC turning into a really S-hook heavy board, and VEGA seemed to solve that well, while setting up -ACK plays for me. I think GECK is just a better version though. It does also make the baord more S heavy, but it also creates more options in total on future turns, so the S hook won't be as big a deal

>Jackson_Smylie: AACCFIK 10G CA.F +25 39
#note wasn't sure of FLACK - FACIA(L)/VEGA is better anyway. CALF continues the s trend of the board, which I'm not a fan of. I think FACIAL is the play.
>Chris_Kulig: AQSUW 12I SQUAW +41 56
>Jackson_Smylie: AACEIIK G9 A.AI +12 51
#note Maybe KEA... only problem with ACAI is that SQUAWK doesn't stay open too often. Heat maps on quackle will be great! ACAI sims best, even when I don't get squawk my rack is just a lot better than ACII. I would play KEA over KAE because I want to encourage o13 plays which take out the big squawks hook, and putting the E at 14N discourages overlaps since no vowel goes after E, whereas AEI go after A.

>Jackson_Smylie: CEEIKLR O7 LIKE +28 79
#note this whole game I have been losing the tactical battles. By trying to not make the board too S-heavy with VEG, I end up with a SUPER S heavy board and I all but give up and accept the hookiness.

>Chris_Kulig: PTTU 12C PUTT. +14 131
>Jackson_Smylie: ABCHNRT 13B BAH +29 143
#note I was close to playing BRA(T)CH* before remembering BATCHERS BRACHETS. I missed CHA(P)T which is pretty sweet. CNRT is pretty gross on this board, but I liked BAH because I can get some -(T)T- plays, and especially he may think he has no choice but to play at 14a, which could give me a nice play back.

If he doesn't play at 14a, my C would help limiting his scoring options if I play at 14a. I may be apprehensive because of the S hook I would create, but it would still probably be worth it.
