#note My thinking with O on the star is that I'm giving two Es at 6h and 10h which make his options sparser, and I put a fairly uninviting tile on 8h. I can see h6 being a good placement. They all seem really close

#note actual rack
>Jackson_Smylie: ADEILUU F5 U.ULAE +11 75
#note he took a long time on movie which contributed to my decision here. DEI is 1.6 better than DI on superleaves, but I didn't like G8 LUAU because the S hook it creates isn't too easily blocked, and I don't like to have that kind of risk available. UVULAE blocks a lot of bingoes. I missed (M)IAULED, which looks solidly best

>Jonathan_Lindh: AIOT 3L IOTA +19 54
>Jackson_Smylie: BBEHIIY J2 HE.BY +29 174
#note I have a pretty big lead and the board isn't very open. The S in arenose isn't super easy to block, but I could play (R)IBBIE, which I didn't know. RIBBIE of course gives back a lane of its own and I think will make the bottom right very accessable.

I liked HE(R)BY because it blocks the 2 row and also doesn't open the bottom right too much. I also like scoring here instead of keeping a strong leave since I'm ahead and can start to outrun two bingoes.

>Jackson_Smylie: BCIINUZ O2 B..INIC +33 207
#note missed a beautiful play here - I1 CUB(E) sets up ZINC! I occasionally get even bigger stuff there.

i9 INCUBI is good for long term control if it gets paralleled, or even if he plays through with a nonbingo, in which case I can start to exhaust the board.

BASINIC* is phony, but I felt confident that it was hard to challenge. CUBE is definitely the play
>Jonathan_Lindh: ACGIN 14B CA.ING +22 158
>Jackson_Smylie: ?DEFOUZ 15E FEOD +34 241
#note don't like leaving the S hook open here

#note TAX or TAXI will probably work out fine, but I saw no reason to take any risk with leaving the B column open.

TAX is pretty sweet and probably wins as much as WALTZ but with better spread - only the one A in the pool hooks TAX, and I hold an I. If he bingoes I can easily outrun with a 15 row play, and if he plays with TAXA that will not open any bottom right lanes and I can then block the top left, and possibly even bingo myself
>Jonathan_Lindh: EWY L12 YEW +35 276
>Jackson_Smylie: ?EIPRTX B2 PREX +40 371
#note TAX also prevents plays like GOY, which can occasionally be a problem for me. The X in hand will still allow me to outrun pretty much always, but TAX is definitely the way to go.
>Jonathan_Lindh: ESV M13 SEV +25 301
>Jackson_Smylie: ?FILORT 14L ..FT +20 391
#note very cool endgame - WEFT is 6 points off of the best plays, (WE)RT and (B)Is. Since he'll play n1 JATO and cannot do an out in two, I can do a better out in three than out in two with WERT, BIS, and c12 FOAL
>Jonathan_Lindh: AJLNNT N1 JA.. +30 331
>Jackson_Smylie: ?ILOR O10 LIRO.h +18 409
#note now the best endgame is still not playing out - BIs and then RO(T)L!
>Jackson_Smylie: (LNNT) +8 417
