>jeremy: EEHLRT 8D HELTER +26 26
>jeremy: EEHLRT -- -26 0
>Cesar: ENNOQRT -NQ +0 0
#note didn't realize how strong ENNORT was. -NQ is about 3 points back to -Q.
>jeremy: EEHLRTU 8G LET +6 6
>Cesar: EGMNORT 9H MOG +14 14
>jeremy: AEH 10F HAE +19 25
>Cesar: AEENNRT I8 ..N +10 24
#note jesus christ, i guess i gotta know the word N(EME)RTEAN to win games. TONE also sims a tiny bit better than TON, but it just seemed to give back an easy lane for him. but no, i need to know NEMERTEAN otherwise my rating will keep dropping.
>jeremy: ALR 11E LAR +13 38
>Cesar: AEENRTU E11 .EU +3 27
#note i need to be better at not falling for the sunk cost fallacy. at this point i am committed to bingoing with this goddamn rack so even though I saw 12C URATE, i passed it up for this admittedly much weaker play. it's about 7 points back. (L)EU only bingoes 50% of the time here - i can't make 3-pt plays unless i'm almost certainly bingoing. one decent in-between was D10 EAU which isn't bad.
>jeremy: AEINRST K7 NASTIER +71 109
>Cesar: AAENRTU 12K .AU +6 33
#note this is the worst day of my life. there's no way i'm playing (A)URAE here, i've come too far. -2.5
>jeremy: DIOV 8K .VOID +39 148
>Cesar: AEENRTV O1 NERVATE. +98 131
#note phony
>jeremy: EIPSX N10 PIXES +51 199
>Cesar: ?BKORUW 12A BURK. +28 159
#note awful awful awful. i spent so much time and frustration over those last few plays that i completely missed BEAUX, then when i noticed it the next turn i wanted to immediately quit Scrabble. there is seriously no way I'm going to cash at nationals or even get to 2000 again if i play this badly. worst of all, all of you keep looking at these games but offer no advice on how to improve. BURKE shows up as a 4pt mistake behind BOW, but i consider plays that i didn't see at all as 100 pt mistakes.
>jeremy: GP 13M P.G +20 219
>Cesar: ?AIOTWY C10 WI.Y +20 179
#note i'm fishing for some boat triple triple
>jeremy: CZ M7 C.Z +27 246
#note he played this so quickly that i immediately knew he had the blank
>Cesar: ?ACOOOT O13 .OO +14 193
#note maybe i should play KOTO, who knows.
>jeremy: ?DEIILN D4 mIDLINE +71 317
>Cesar: ?ACOORT 2H COROnAT. +72 265
#note ostracon or copatron, obviously, but i'm terrible
>jeremy: AHJ 8A HAJ. +42 359
>Cesar: BDINSTT M1 T.B +10 275
#note for some bizarre reason B11 TUBS sims best here. ok.
>jeremy: EFM 3I FEM +27 386
>Cesar: DIINNST A12 .IND +21 296
>jeremy: AEGR C3 RAGE +17 403
>Cesar: INSTUWY K1 W..YN +26 322
#note i saw the possibility of DISQUIET here which outright wins if he doesn't block it, and his last move all but guarantees he didn't have the Q.
>jeremy: ADEF E2 DEAF +32 435
>Cesar: EIOQSTU A4 QUOT. +27 349
#note unfortunately, i drew DISQUOTE. and J6 QI is a better endgame.
>jeremy: ILOS 15A .IOLS +7 442
>jeremy: (ISE) +6 448
