>JD: DGJMSTW -GJMW +0 22
#note I felt like I needed to respond to his fishy play by being ready to bingo back, rather than just settling for DOUM for 23. I also kept DST instead of just ST because I anticipated having vowels to play an 8 through. Q prefers taking the points, which is fair - I'll probably dump the J next turn and then have something possibly bingoish.

>JD: ADEFNST F7 F..D +19 41
>Brad_Whitmarsh: EEP H12 .EEP +21 122
>JD: ?ACENST 15H .ENTACtS +86 127
#note PASTANCE for slightly better D
>Brad_Whitmarsh: FO 7E O.F +23 145
>JD: BGLORTV D4 VLOG +27 154
>Brad_Whitmarsh: DERX C9 RED.X +28 173
>JD: BEJLRTT 14F JE.R +29 183
#note a lot of vowels in the pool, so I was OK with taking the points, but given the pool full of As the BELRT is mega-powerful after JET or JOT! missed opportunity for a great fish
>Brad_Whitmarsh: AGIORV 15A VIRAGO +42 215
>JD: ABCLTTT 6B BL.T +14 197
#note this rack got real ugly, but for comparison's sake, after JOT or JET, I would've had bingos with an AC or AT draw (BRACTLET/BATTLERS). so this was an avoidable outcome.
>Brad_Whitmarsh: EUY B8 UEY +29 244
>JD: AAACTTW O11 TAWA. +9 206
#note I'm already down enough that I need to keep the S open and try to draw a bingo - just WAAC looks much better
>Brad_Whitmarsh: DEINRST K8 STRIDEN. +68 312
>JD: AACEHOT 8K .HOAT +36 242
#note I saw CHAETA but failed to see that it played!
>Brad_Whitmarsh: HM A7 HM +33 345
>JD: ABCEEIR L4 BEAC. +24 266
#note I should probably play BE at 9M here, counter-intuitively - it makes it harder for brad to block the T effectively as a bingo lane, and he will likely have to score less to close it. then with ACEIR I can still hit the V or OIKS if he does try to block.
>Brad_Whitmarsh: ADELNNU 5H UNAN.LED +68 413
>JD: EEIIIPR O1 PRIE. +27 293
#note missed the sweet spot for PIXIE, although my only real chance at winning is probably playing PERIL at M1 and hoping I draw into LIRIOPES and that brad falls over sideways instead of blocking
>Brad_Whitmarsh: IQ N10 QI +33 446
>JD: AEIIIRS I4 I.IA +5 298
#note best out, blocks AMAZE and MOZ
>Brad_Whitmarsh: AELMOZ 4H M.Z +35 481
>JD: EIRS M11 SERI. +17 315
#note this was one of those classic games where it felt like I had gotten unlucky, but closer reflection shows that I missed opportunities to skew the odds back in my favor (especially JEER instead of fishing with JOT).
>JD: (AELO) +8 323
