>Rob_Robinsky: BFORS 10B FORBS +36 52
>JD: ?EEEUVY 9B EYE +26 59
#note unfortunate attack of UEY blindness on this play. should optimally play it at 9A. keeping EUV? obviously makes it harder to hit a bingo from H8, which should be my goal on this deadened board.3
>Rob_Robinsky: DILMO D4 MOLDI.. +22 74
>JD: ?EEIRUV E3 VIRE +34 93
#note I have ERUPTIVE available, but much better to block the only scoring spot on the board and wait (even more so because I knew ERUPTIVES was good).
>Rob_Robinsky: ABEGLNR -ABEGLNR +0 74
>JD: ?EENNOU H5 UNO.ENEd +59 152
#note seems a little more defensive than ERUPTIVE.

>Rob_Robinsky: ADEIILR I9 DELIRIA +71 159
>JD: ACGOSTT 15E COTT. +21 220
#note chickened out of GOTTA, but I was happy to play COTTA anyway to prevent row 14 overlaps. I'm giving up a ton of equity relative to CAGOT, but it's hard for me not to think that the immediate drop in opponent bingo percentage from 9% to 4% will add up, even though I have the S for CAGOTS#. I would rather respond to his openings than handing one directly to him. the downside is that if he does open, I'll have less of a margin to block.

>JD: AGJRSTU 14F JA +52 272
>Rob_Robinsky: Q G13 Q.. +22 224
>JD: AAGRSTU K9 SUGAR +20 292
#note digs into the bag, prevents him from opening with a scoring play on row 8, covers the best lane on the board, everything I want.
>Rob_Robinsky: DEK C9 ..KED +26 250
>JD: AIIIINT -AIIIINT +0 292
#note I would ideally block the V by making a VAV play, but my draw was too poor. Instead, throw everything back and dig for SS?, which quackle supports.
>Rob_Robinsky: LOP L10 POL +21 271
>JD: ADEMNUW M11 DAW +22 314
#note urgh, I missed the ALU hook here so I can just play DUMA. I wanted to play at this spot so I would have overlap potential if he bingos with something ending in S. I put DWAM down on the board, but picked it up to do something on column 11. another option is just to play MAW at D12.
>Rob_Robinsky: EFG D12 FEG +27 298
>JD: EIMNNRU 8A UN +12 326
#note I'm obviously not in great shape at this point - just trying to draw something that might be able to bingo, or bingo back if he bingos.
>Rob_Robinsky: ?CENRST N5 CRETiNS +68 366
#note pretty rough, preventing any counter-bingo
>JD: EIMNRTU 8L MU.T +27 353
#note rough spot, I can't really make a new lane with MU or UM on column M because he'll play up on column L. Maybe my best try is playing VUM, which makes it a bit tougher for him to find a good blocking play (although if he has the S, he can just play something like VUMS/SI). also MUTI >> MUTT
>Rob_Robinsky: AN F3 AN +17 383
>JD: AEIINOR 14L INIA +16 369
>Rob_Robinsky: AAHIILS 15N SH +32 415
#note he can block with IDEA at 13B, but he'd have to be pretty darn confident in his tracking.
>JD: EORT B12 TORE +18 387
>JD: (AAIIL) +10 397
