>Chuck_Abbate: ?EGILOS 8H ObLIGES +68 68
#note "Finally", says the 3rd guy in a row to open with a bingo against me.
>Joshua_Sokol: DMORRVY 9G DRY +23 23
#note I chickened out of DORMY here, which is clearly better than anything else. I thought it was just DORMIE. I also missed (G)ROVY, (I)VORY. Bad.
>Chuck_Abbate: AAH 7K AAH +24 92
>Joshua_Sokol: MNORUVW 9K ROW +30 53
#note MOW plays in the same spot...

>Chuck_Abbate: AEFIORT E6 O.EA +11 228
>Joshua_Sokol: EFLRTTZ D3 LEFT +16 189
#note No clue here. I think I like this. Delaying the Z bomb.
>Chuck_Abbate: AHI C3 AHI +26 254
#note damn it
>Joshua_Sokol: BBPRTVZ -BBRTV +0 189
#note keeping the Z for Z_P plays at 13M next turn. Quackle likes it, also PRZ to keep better after the Z_P play, but risking more consonants.
>Chuck_Abbate: DEN F5 NE.D +15 269
>Joshua_Sokol: EIIPSYZ 13M ZIP +52 241
#note maybe B10 YIPE. I think so.
>Chuck_Abbate: ABE B12 BEA. +32 301
>Joshua_Sokol: AEIJQSY O13 .AY +24 265
#note I missed that I could play QAT B2 with a T draw. 10B JI(N) is the play in that case. I was worried about him getting easy pladown O13, and figured I could outscore with the J and Q combination later. Because of QAT (P)YE is also better than PYA or PAY.
>Chuck_Abbate: EGLNT 15J GENTL. +11 312
>Joshua_Sokol: EEIJQSV C7 QIS +31 296
#note I really wished there were more tiles in the bag at this point. I did not want to get rid of my S here, as it had so much value for setups and improbably bingos. I figured my best way forward was to play this and draw into a good play with the J. It just looks really tough here even against a weaker player in a complicadted pre-endgame. Maybe Quackle is right about G2 JIVE being slightly better than this, as I can hit some monster plays with the Q if I'm really lucky.
>Chuck_Abbate: CRU H12 .CRU +18 330
>Joshua_Sokol: EEIJNUV O1 JEEIN. +45 341
#note He was low on time here, so I made a split-second decision to hope for one of a few draws that gave me outs to outscore him. Maybe he tries FORAT(E)* or something. There are many ways for Chuck to blow this game, but I could have put more thought into dropping the V. Still he would probably block the G after that.
>Chuck_Abbate: ABEOORT 2J BORAT. +28 358
>Joshua_Sokol: FTUV 13A V..T +25 366
#note This was the absolulte low point of the tournament. Just so frustrated at this point.
>Chuck_Abbate: EO 3J OE +8 366
#note Chuck went on to post-mortem about how this was one heck of a game, and that he might have drawn better than me and might have gotten a bit lucky. I was just motionless.
>Chuck_Abbate: (FU) +10 376
