#player2 Charles_Reinke Charles Reinke
>Rafi_Stern: BCERY H4 CYBER +30 30
>Charles_Reinke: ?CIRRSU 8A SCURRIe. +80 80
#note Sometimes you have to make your own best play. I had doubts when I played this, but thought it would be tough for Rafi to challenge, especially because I spent the entire time I was on hold angrily writing "SCURRIER" in big block letters all across my scoresheet.
>Rafi_Stern: AA I5 AA +11 41
>Charles_Reinke: DEJPQRR F7 J.RD +16 96
#note I would normally exchange out of this rack, but I wanted to block the double-double after Rafi's fish, plus there's an open U for my Q.
>Rafi_Stern: ADENOTV J6 NOVATED +72 113
>Charles_Reinke: EGMOPQR C5 ROQ.E +25 121
#note K9 GOMER looks okay too, but it sets up monster column L overlap plays. I'll let you in on a little secret: I didn't even see GOMER because when I have an obvious Q play, I play it without thinking. If you tell our special secret to anybody else I am officially done talking to you.
>Rafi_Stern: AFGOT B2 FAGOT +28 141
>Charles_Reinke: EGMOPSV C1 VEG +25 146
>Rafi_Stern: EEHRW I9 HEWER +35 176
>Charles_Reinke: MNOPSUU H10 POM +30 176
#note It's either H10 POM/MOP or H12 MOPS/POMS. The 14 point difference is a lot. Quackle gives the edge to the higher-scoring H12 plays, but I wrote my own computer program that informs me that POM wins 90% of the time. It also informs me that Rafi is a loser. Unfortunately it lacks the ability to export .gcg files.
>Rafi_Stern: EHITT 10A TITHE. +27 203
>Charles_Reinke: ANNSTUU 12D UNNA... +20 196
>Rafi_Stern: ASZ D2 ZAS +43 246
>Charles_Reinke: EIOPSTU 14C TOUPIES +77 273
>Rafi_Stern: ALOW 15A ALOW +44 290
>Charles_Reinke: ?DDEEFM 11G M...D +26 299
#note Cool, I missed DEFaMED. You wouldn't think it would be possible to see DEFOAMED while missing DEFAMED, but I'm here to tell you that it is indeed possible. Even my new computer program thinks that missing DEFaMED is an error so in retaliation I deleted a huge chunk of its source code. That will show it who's boss. (It's me. I'm the boss)
>Rafi_Stern: IO E4 OI +6 296
>Charles_Reinke: ?DEEFKN K5 KEF +31 330
>Rafi_Stern: IL 9I ..IL +7 303
>Charles_Reinke: ?BDELNU M3 BUNDLEs +77 407
#note Rafi was visibly deflated after I made this play. In this cold heart of mine, what was that feeling that I felt so fleetingly? Was it...pity? Is my wretched psyche capable of compassion after all?
>Rafi_Stern: AN L3 AN +12 315
>Charles_Reinke: EIILOXY F2 OXY +21 428
#note What I thought was compassion might have actually been the poboy I had for lunch disagreeing with me, because TRUE compassion would be me allowing Rafi to play his bingo. Shoutout to Mike Serio's Poboys on Saint Charles Avenue. Good food on the best street in New Orleans.
>Rafi_Stern: AEGINST N1 STAGE +23 338
>Charles_Reinke: EIIIL G1 LEI +16 444
>Rafi_Stern: IN 1G .IN +9 347
#note There's a 24-point outplay here. What.
>Rafi_Stern: (II) +4 351
