>John_Holgate: EJW H7 JEW +26 26
>Ryan_Fischer: ACDGIRS I6 CAD +20 20
#note Joey was sitting next to me and after the game he said it was a DISGRAC(E) that I missed my best play. Sigh. There was a time I'd like to think I'd've found that easily. I've played DISVALUE like 10 years ago, and DISAGREE many times. What's worse is, I played CAD because I have the S, and didn't want to play GAD because of EGAD. What I forgot (not that I really ever knew it), is that CAD can become ECAD.
>John_Holgate: DOP G8 POD +19 45
>Ryan_Fischer: DGIRSTZ F9 DITZ +28 48
#note Not gonna put the Z in a place where it can be used to score easily, hence no ZIGS.
>John_Holgate: ?ACEINS 5E CANIESt +89 134
>John_Holgate: EY (challenge) +5 139
#note 12A CyANI(Z)ES 94.
>Ryan_Fischer: AEGNORS K3 ES.RAGON +58 106
#note Didn't know S(t)ONERAG and RAGS(t)ONE. I will soon enough.
>John_Holgate: EY 6F YE +28 167
>Ryan_Fischer: AGILMNU L9 MAULING +80 186
>John_Holgate: AEIINRS 14H SIRE.IAN +70 237
>Ryan_Fischer: AEOOPTT 12B TOPA. +32 218
#note Saw POTATO, and spent an inordinate amount of time debating whether the Quayle spelling was good. It's not. Didn't see the ST spot for potato which was optimal according to champ. I didn't really like it. Live and learn. I figured I had to open something else up, and TOPA(Z) seemed like a good option for that reason.
>John_Holgate: BEENO 15J EN.OBE +43 280
>John_Holgate: BEIX (challenge) +5 285
#note Yeah, I don't know words, and he obviously does!
>Ryan_Fischer: DEHLOTV 15E LOTH +36 254
#note VELDT. Again, missed ST. Why is that so hard to remember?
>John_Holgate: BEIX 13B IBEX +49 334
#note Ow. Scored as 47.
>Ryan_Fischer: DEEFIRV 14B FIRED +66 320
#note O8 REDEFI(NE) 48. Was tempted to fish for something at 14B, but he said later he already had something. He just didn't think fast enough to check my phony. I shouldn't have played it had I not been sure, but was in a desperate place.
>John_Holgate: EIKL 13G LIKE +34 368
#note Misscored as 33.
>Ryan_Fischer: AEFIRUV J9 VAU +21 341
#note J5 (S)AV 29.
>John_Holgate: AQUW 4K .QUAW +42 410
#note He took a long time before playing this.
>Ryan_Fischer: AEFILRR O1 FLA.IER +39 380
#note Champ says FLA(W) is 12% to win, and that sounds about right. I don't need to be blowing up my rack no matter how much I need an easy lane to hit. Of note: (JEW)ELF(ISH) is 33!
>John_Holgate: EHY N6 YEH +32 442
>Ryan_Fischer: MOOORTT 4F MOT +20 400
#note Doesn't really matter what I play now. I'm sunk. This game was a DISGRACE! :) This is as okay as anything else. Misscored this as 24. If I played TOM, it would be. That's what I started to play first, but I doubted TAY and switched it.
>John_Holgate: ?GUV 7C VUGs +19 461
#note He blocked my out, too.
>Ryan_Fischer: OORST M2 RO.ST +16 416
#note Although I didn't see I had TORO(ID)S to go out, too. Oops.
>John_Holgate: NRT D6 T.RN +5 466
>John_Holgate: (O) +2 468
#note Agreed on 465-420.
