#player2 Mack_Meller Mack Meller
>Joshua_Sokol: EIOUUVX H7 XU +18 18
#note You can hate this play all you want, I decided it was the best play before it won a Quackle simulation.

-Minimize his counterplay as much as possible
-Allow myself to dump a lot of my excess vowels next turn with a decent amount of draws
-Create a board in which it's relatively safe to exchange next turn if need be
>Mack_Meller: ADKRSWY I8 SKYWARD +76 76
#note no matter what play I made, be it an exchange, VOX or XU, he would have a bingo. WORKDAYS through the O or SKYWARD. I guess I should have played VEX, or Conrad's suggestion of VIEUX* as a New-Orleans theme.
>Joshua_Sokol: ?AEIOUV J6 UVEA +18 36
#note Honestly, drawing the blank was a gift from the Gods who recognized the brilliance of my last play. I really got the feeling that UVEA was the right play in most scenarios, but not this one. I really think I should have played H13 EAU, and I almost did, but I worried about the Z hook (AD)Z anyway. Still that's not as bad as what occurred. I really had premonitions this time, but I decided that opening more of the board was more dire. My game-losing mistake
>Mack_Meller: MOOZ H12 ZOOM +101 177
>Joshua_Sokol: ?DILNOR G6 LORD +22 58
#note 12G O(ZA)LID was a miss. That does exactly what I want to the board. LORDING and ORDINAL, the only bingos in this rack, did not play.
>Mack_Meller: CHIT 11I .ITCH +26 203
>Joshua_Sokol: ?AEGINO F1 AGONIEs +76 134
#note Others have suggested GyNOE(C)IA, might keep the board open longer. This protects the bottom left, after GYNOECIA he can play C(RUSE) or D(RUSE) and come down, blocking a lot of the board, so I'll go with this.
>Mack_Meller: EIINRST 1E S.TINIER +77 280
#note Mack kept announcing all the 9s he was finding. Congrats on your 8-to-make-9-finding skills bro

He wasn't 100% sure on SKYWARDS, so he missed 15B INTERI(M)S, but he should play SATINIER or RAINIEST anyway.
>Joshua_Sokol: ILLLNRW M10 W.IRL +22 156
>Mack_Meller: ABCEIST 3B ICEB.ATS +78 358
#note congrats on seeing that I blocked B(OR)ACITES
>Joshua_Sokol: ?BELLNU E3 .ULB +27 183
#note I am drawing all of the good tiles this game. And by that I mean THE BLANKS DON'T MATTER
>Mack_Meller: AO L10 O.A +19 377
>Joshua_Sokol: ?EFLNOR 2J FREON +49 232
#note I must sacrifice raw points now in favor of hitting a bingo next turn and another one the turn after.
>Mack_Meller: AINY 15L AYIN +39 416
>Joshua_Sokol: ?EFHLNV D2 F.H +30 262
#note almost did 3M FEH to create a very unlikely 3x3 that I can't hit next turn, but that won't work, he can block it in many ways
>Mack_Meller: EGI 3K GIE +19 435
>Joshua_Sokol: ?EJLNOV B2 J.N +20 282
#note I've sort of given up here. I played this to make it as unlikely as possible for Mack to hit the triple word score. J(I)VE made it too easy. But I also thought I had a higher chance of drawing into a bingo with LOVE? compared to LON?. I confused bingo likelihood with bingo flexibility, wherein I might not hit a bingo but at least I can score reasonably with LOVE? as a leave.
>Mack_Meller: EPPSTU A4 UPSTEP +36 471
>Joshua_Sokol: ?EILOTV B8 LOVIEsT +90 372
#note If I made both of my blanks eses, does that mean that I drew two S's this game, or does it mean I drew two blanks?
>Mack_Meller: AEGMNOR N4 MEGARON +74 545
>Joshua_Sokol: ADDEEET A12 DEED +32 404
#note When I realized he had drawn the Q, I was overjoyed! Until I realized he drew it with an A, so I couldn't Q stick him!!!

He has Q(U)A at 6I and Q(I) at 11A. It's not even worth blocking QUA, since I can't simultaneously block his out-play and set myself up for one myself.
>Mack_Meller: AQ 6I Q.A +12 557
>Mack_Meller: (AET) +6 563
