>Yvonne_Lobo: II -II +0 0
#note I am really bad against fishy opponents
>Joshua_Sokol: BCEHTUX H4 BUTCH +30 30
#note had setup potential here but the 32-point placement allows more 7s and her bingos score more. After her exchange I'd rather screw her up more than benefit myself more.

With no inference playing for 32 is definitely preferred, but with an average fishing rack my play looks better.
>Yvonne_Lobo: AGINRRS 7G S.ARRING +64 64
#note Guess I should have played HUB or XU.

STARRING is one more
>Joshua_Sokol: EEKORTX 8N OX +30 60
>Yvonne_Lobo: FO N7 ..OF +16 80
>Joshua_Sokol: EEKRSTV O10 EVERTS +35 95
#note Was a weird decision here between playing long and short. GOOF doesn't tell me much. I usually expect this to mean she has letters she doesn't really know how to work with, but a blank is also a remote possibility, and I don't want to give back a huge lane. I tend to rely on tells in these positions and it seemed like she hadn't drawn what she wanted to draw. So I went for the lead. Honorable mention to a play like L6 K(I), which is a strong fish now that she has opened up an S lane. I gave strong consideration to a few other plays here but I don't remember what they were.
>Yvonne_Lobo: IJN I3 JIN +24 104
>Joshua_Sokol: IIIKPSW 15K KIWI. +13 108
#note and every friggin time I can play WIKIUP it GETS BLOCKED!%$#!^@#$$

Here I was sort of paranoid about a bingo for some reason, so I chose the more versatile and defensive play.
>Yvonne_Lobo: ?ADLNST 2I DeNTALS +76 180
#note DALTONS is 4 more
>Joshua_Sokol: AHIMPRS 12H SAMPHIR. +82 190
#note would she have seen SANDLOTS if I hadn't blocked? Probably not? Luckily I didn't dig myself into a hole with my last play. I probably should have left the S open. This was held for a bit.
>Yvonne_Lobo: EIZ H12 .IZE +39 219
>Joshua_Sokol: ELNNOTU 13D OUTL.NE +16 206
#note Gosh everyone hates this sort of rack don't they?

Lots of bad options here, but the best of the lot is surely G3 NONU(S)E. I did not see that spot at all I don't think, because ONU(S) and TONU(S) play there.

I try not to tilt when I play Yvonne, but I always fail. She is very good at throwing you off your game. This play should have cost me the game, but
>Yvonne_Lobo: ?ABGNOT E10 TOQ.ED +32 251
>Yvonne_Lobo: ?ABGNOT -- -32 219
#note she added the D to TOQUE and I was like "hallelujah"!
>Joshua_Sokol: ABEILNV 15A ENVIABL. +92 298
#note this rack did not have a home otherwise... whew
>Yvonne_Lobo: QT M1 Q.T +24 243
>Joshua_Sokol: ?AAFIOU -AAIOUF +0 298
#note really weird for me to exchange here. But there were too many vowels left for my liking (probably mistracked but yes this bag is slightly vowel-heavy still)

I should play 14M OA(T) if I want to keep my only conso.
>Yvonne_Lobo: DE 14H .ED +30 273
>Joshua_Sokol: ?AAAIOR J6 A.IA +6 304
#note this solidified the idea that there were too many vowels in the pool. I don't know if this was my rack. I remembered looking for a 5-vowel 8 and seeing I almost had aeratio(n) I think, but the rack I recorded shows that I did indeed have AERATION (AAEIOR?). It's possible.
>Yvonne_Lobo: EE -EE +0 273
#note I think she exchanged more than this, because
>Joshua_Sokol: ?AEOORU 11K OE +17 321
#note I really don't get what was going on here. I thought I had the board under control but that N and that E were just sitting there. ARIA was to create a case hook for myself on a closed board, but this play indicates that I knew the E was open and was getting rid of my own to better hit the spot. hmm I think I'm overthinking this.
>Yvonne_Lobo: CMW 12C CWM +34 307
>Joshua_Sokol: ?AEGIOR 14L GOA. +22 343
>Yvonne_Lobo: OOUU -OOUU +0 307
>Joshua_Sokol: ?EIRTUY 14A YE +19 362
#note I finally block the E? 4G U(BI)ETY is by far the best play here.
>Yvonne_Lobo: ADEEFLR I9 FA +18 325
>Joshua_Sokol: ?EIRTUY K1 U.ITY +16 378
#note lol same draw, now UBIETY is even better than it was last turn.
>Yvonne_Lobo: OO 8F OO. +8 333
>Joshua_Sokol: ?EEGOPR 9E REP +18 396
#note naturally I can't let her get a bingo on row 9 here. Wrong. I can and I should with A13 E(YE). I can outrun anything and I will bingo through most of her stuff.

LADENED UNLADED LEARNED ENDURED play for 69-70, putting me at -18 or -19 after EYE, and her one-tile draw can score up to 10.

I bingo through her bingo with any draw it seems. SUPEREGO, PROMULGE, PLEDGEOR, PARERGON are words I need to see though, if I'm making the fish.

Best block is PE(SO). I don't know why Quackle likes E(YE) over E(MU). Probably a miscalculation. I'm gonna go on a whim and say E(MU) is best here, because if I miss my bingos over the board I can still score enough to outrun Yvonne just barely.
>Yvonne_Lobo: ADEENRU L4 AER.E +21 354
#note 11E ERE or add the D to this word, it's valid unlike TOQUED.
>Joshua_Sokol: ?DEGLO K9 GO..s +21 417
>Yvonne_Lobo: DNU C9 DUN. +9 363
>Yvonne_Lobo: DNU -- -9 354
>Joshua_Sokol: DEL 11E ELD +18 435
>Joshua_Sokol: (DNU) +8 443
#note And it wouldn't be a game against Yvonne if she didn't agree upon the wrong score because it was beneficial to her!

Recorded score was 443-359, which means it made sense for me not to fish when I played REP. 5 extra points were given to Yvonne for OO(H). It was just mistranscribed on my end.

Her strategy of banking points is very useful for throwing her opponents off their game, but it must really suck when the score is close and there is a recount, because the final score is probably always overturned in her disfavour.
