#player2 Joshua_Sokol Joshua Sokol
>Michael: DENUW 8H UNWED +22 22
>Joshua_Sokol: DILORRS 9K LORD +11 11
#note IRS and ILRS are equivalent so why not better set up my S. DORR or DIRL maybe be a tad better for the same idea though. I like DIRL.
>Michael: LTZ H7 L.TZ +13 35
>Joshua_Sokol: ?GHINRS O6 HoRSING +92 103
#note missing GARNISH. But I had no idea RELISHING had a third anagram. I mean it's an 8 too. I didn't know HIRELING. Though I looked through the EL.
>Michael: EKU 6H KUE +27 62
>Joshua_Sokol: EEEFPRU 10F FU.EE +27 130
>Michael: ADEETT 11E EAT +13 75
#note When he laid down N2 TEATED I figured he had just looked at every single one of my annotated games on cross-tables and remembered when I played TEATED against George Asaka in 2013 having no idea that TEATING* was invalid, and lucking into an extra turn. But he took it back, so maybe not.
>Joshua_Sokol: EIOPRST D6 ROPIEST +78 208
#note Given his range this looks OK, but not good enough. I always have had trouble with EIOPRST and DEIOPRST, and of course, after looking and recalling I miss REPOSIT, which plays at 12F for 3 more, and I miss RIPOSTED, which plays at N2 for 6 more. THOSE ARE THE ONLY TWO WORDS I MISS. Choke much?
>Michael: DEEINRT 12H DETERIN. +74 149
>Michael: DEEINRT -- -74 75
#note Everyone should hate this rack, but Michael manages to find a bingo with it.
>Joshua_Sokol: CFGGIOQ 9C Q. +21 229
#note 11J FOCI or FICO are Quackle's favourites. Followed by the strange L8 (DO)GGO. DOGGO is really cool because it doesn't take an S, Michael mustn't know that, and I'm unsure if HORSING takes an S. After DOGGO he can't make any super good fishes on the bottom without making a huge opening, which I won't be able to do much about probably, so that's a fear. But if he just makes a regular amateur fish because he thinks the board is OK I can make some really cool plays to either set my Q up and/or start destroying the board. Anyways, I'm guessing the boring play of FICO or FOCI is preferred by most. I also considered playing GI(E) or FI(E) set my Q up next turn but he might play to the P next turn and my rack was not going to improve much either way so I forwent it, which is also boring. This play is even more boring than FICO or FOCI so who am I to talk?

An even cooler play is FOG(DO)G which sets up my Q all the while unloading dreck. That's the play.
>Michael: DEEINRT F10 ..N +6 81
#note not a good fish. Michael was very tilted here it seemed.
>Joshua_Sokol: CFGGIOS 6C G.IG +10 239
#note nice S draw. K7 F(EL)SIC for 40 is the play for sure, missed it. I make a hero block of nothing instead.
>Michael: DEEIRT 10B DI. +19 100
>Joshua_Sokol: ACFNOOS 5J FANO +19 258
#note Now he's almost positively screwed.
>Michael: O L4 O. +4 104
>Joshua_Sokol: ACEMOOS 3L MOA +15 273
#note CAMEO is much better at 3I. Another middling play that at least accomplishes something I guess.
>Michael: BEERT N7 BE. +11 115
>Joshua_Sokol: ACEOSWX 13J COAXES +41 314
>Joshua_Sokol: ACEOSWX -- -41 273
#note I knew he still had a T so I didn't like 2M WAX much. But a B was gone which prevents N1 BA for 44. Anyways, I decided to try HORSINGS, which at this point I was pretty confident was valid. No dice. COAXES would have been such an amazing play.
>Michael: IP N1 PI. +10 125
>Joshua_Sokol: ACEOSWX 1L EX.O +42 315
#note Wanted to retain my case S, but I kne it was close between this and WA(P)S or WO(P)S
>Michael: BDERT E5 B.DE +21 146
>Joshua_Sokol: AACISVW 4D VAW +26 341
>Michael: ?EILNRT 13E RETINaL +65 211
#note aw
>Joshua_Sokol: AACIRST H12 A. +3 344
#note this was cute. I didn't want him to get a J play, which he had surely drawn into. I also loved this leave.
>Michael: JO F2 JO. +29 240
#note Yup, he certainly had JIAO
>Joshua_Sokol: ACIRSTT F6 .AT +13 357
#note was sort of confused here. I wanted to fish again but I didn't remember CARITAS and SATIRIC didn't look like it would fit. Michael had actually forgotten that I had an S, he was so down in the dumps.
>Michael: AY 14J YA +27 267
>Joshua_Sokol: CIINRST 15D CITRINS +91 448
#note finally lol
>Michael: HOS G2 OHS +38 305
>Joshua_Sokol: AEILMUY B10 .AILY +18 466
#note -4 to to 11K YAMU(N). I knew blocking CAVE was good, but figured this could lead to a bigger win than the optimal play.
>Michael: ACERV A13 EAR +16 321
#note And I was right, my -5 just because a +16
>Joshua_Sokol: EMU L7 U.. +4 470
#note But this is 6 points off 2F (JO)E setting up an unblockable MU. so only +10 in the end
>Michael: CV J12 C... +8 329
#note thought perhaps there was a chance he would miss C(aYS) again
>Joshua_Sokol: EM C13 ME +24 494
>Joshua_Sokol: (V) +8 502
