>Joe_Edley: ACMPR 8D CRAMP +28 28
>Jackson: ADEKLRS H7 S.ARKLED +66 66
#note I would have played DARKLES if I had no other bingo, but I was only like 60% sure of it
>Joe_Edley: AADEHRW 13C HEADW.AR +90 118
#note second 90 point phony I accept in two games. This looked really weird to me, but also made a lot of sense as a word, and he had hardware. bad bad bad
>Jackson: ?ERTTUY F3 bUTYR.TE +70 136
#note TUTElARY and TExTUARY are also cool
>Joe_Edley: AHLTZ 4C HAL.TZ +56 174
>Jackson: FIINOUY 14A UNIFY +37 173
#note I like opening this scoring spot to counter the H1 scoring spot
>Joe_Edley: BG A13 B.G +18 192
>Jackson: DGIOQSW K11 QIS +40 213
#note still phony. apparently most of the wear words don't take S
>Joe_Edley: GNOO H1 GON.O +45 237
>Jackson: DGINOVW L10 VID +31 244
>Joe_Edley: ILOV 3A VIOL +26 263
>Jackson: AEGNNOW A1 WO.EN +36 280
>Joe_Edley: ?ACEIST 1H .ESTICAl +83 346
>Jackson: AGIJNST 10H .AJ +26 306
#note I considered JAG as well, because unless he has a P, it's hard to block those lanes. also leaves the S lane open. Q also likes AJI/AVID best, but I feel like against Joe that isn't a good idea, cause he'll dink at 8n way too often and kill the game. the pool is 18/30 vowels, so I didn't mind keeping GINST with RAJ. Also interesting is N1 (A)JI, which might not always work, but at least makes joe's life difficult, and he might not always have a good block. I am okay with RAJ, because the C in gestical makes it impossible to block all those 8s lanes.
>Joe_Edley: FOO 2J OOF +19 365
>Jackson: GIIINST 10L .IG +11 317
#note drawing II hurt, but this gives me a chance if he doesn't have an A.
>Joe_Edley: BEELMOU N8 LE.UME +9 374
#note his actual rack. I think he should play OM/GO here.
>Jackson: EIINPST O4 TIEPINS +96 413
#note HOLY SHIT! why did I play tiepins for 96 when I can play D2 P(LA)STI(C)INE for 64?!?!?!?!?!? how often can you play a disconnected 10 hitting no hotspots?
>Joe_Edley: ABDENOX M13 BE +16 390
>Jackson: AENORUX B5 OX +27 440
#note I concluded that I will always outrun him after one of my blocks if he doesn't have a bingo.

He has a bingo with my OE draw (ANTIRED/TRAINED), DO (ARENITE/TRAINEE), AI (ERODENT in both spots), and ET only on the B column (aneroid). so there is no sense in blocking the downstairs spot, cause all the bingoes will play on the left side. Champ agrees that all the plays blocking the B column win 88.89%, and the non-blocks win 83.33%.

just dropping my X for 36 will not win as much as blocking. if he bingoes with ANEROID, the only bingo that plalys on the left, I wil because I outscore. I still lose to the bingoes that play on row 15, which is the same as the play of B5 OX which blocks. But, if I play OX, then he has something like AEINORT, he can win by fishing an O with (OX)O, putting him down 43. If I draw D I win with RONDEAU outbingo, if I draw an E I would have to block with AEON O12 for 25, putting me up 68, and his 63 point outbingo would put him down 5, getting 6 from my rack to win by 1. Since there is a situation where (O)X doesn't win when OX would win, OX must be best.
