>Ricky_Sirois: AAINORU -AAINOR +0 0
>Jackson: ILNNNUX 8F NUN +6 6
#note hated the idea of playing NIX or LUX... NUN at least has some upside, he plays through the N sometimes giving me back an X, even though parallel plays will almost never give back a good X play.
>Ricky_Sirois: AQRT G7 Q.ART +25 25
>Jackson: CILMNOX 12F COX +35 41
#note here is a position where it is important to trust your feeling. I wasn't a fan of MI(N)X because of the QUART hooks and plays it left, but I did get a much better feeling from NICOL than I got from COX. the NUNS hook might be annoying at some point, and h11 plays are easy to find. NICOL is more the board I want to be going for here, one with lots of options, and the X setup is okay.
>Ricky_Sirois: OZ F12 .OZ +34 59
>Jackson: AHILMMN I11 HALM +23 64
#note he said he kept the Y with cozy, which is very nice. I saw HAM, did not see LIMAN, and also saw MALM, MAM, etc. Keeping the L for COXAL plays is okay, but I liked the leave of HALM best, cause ILMN get ugly. I also figured he likely would not know the A hook, which will be very good for me.
>Ricky_Sirois: BLRY 15E BYRL +45 104
>Jackson: IILMNST J12 LIMN +40 104
>Ricky_Sirois: DEEGN 10B GENDE. +14 118
#note he took a long time on this play, so he must have heard my silent pleas for a 10 row play to the R.
>Jackson: ABGISTT H3 BATTI.GS +85 189
>Ricky_Sirois: JOW I2 JOW +24 142
>Jackson: AAEEIOU -AAEIOU +0 189
>Ricky_Sirois: DEEEEIY -DEE +0 142
>Jackson: ACEOOSV 5C AVOCE.S +38 227
#note pretty much the ideal play here. there is still some risk of this board, which I believe was started by my closed COX play. he could make an opening that is hard for me to deal with. still, I'm in quite a commanding position
>Ricky_Sirois: ADEEIRS B6 DISA.REE +64 206
>Jackson: FOPPRVW A12 FROW +53 280
#note keeping PP is nice on the off chance he leaves the A column alone.
>Ricky_Sirois: ADE 14A .DEA +34 240
>Jackson: DPPRTVY 7A D.PPY +16 296
#note gotta deal with this lane somehow, and definitely trying to keep the least volatile leave here as possible, so I didn't want any 4 or 5 consonant leaves (I want to be able to deal with openings if/when he makes them)
>Ricky_Sirois: AAEENOT A5 FI.E +33 273
>Ricky_Sirois: AAEENOT -- -33 240
>Jackson: ?AIRTUV A6 A.IT +26 322
#note I missed c12 UV(E)A, which looks better even though he gets (D)IF, cause he gets REF plays anyways.
>Ricky_Sirois: EF C13 F.E +24 264
>Jackson: ?EIRUUV C2 UVE. +14 336
>Ricky_Sirois: EU 2I .EU +12 276
>Jackson: ?EIKNRU F3 RU.K +20 356
#note didn't really see any good blocks here, so luckily the U lane isn't that good, and RUCK outscores a lot
>Ricky_Sirois: ?EINOST K1 O.TlINES +64 340
>Jackson: ?EEIINO L8 OI +6 362
#note my thinking here was that if I draw a bingo I probably win most endgames anyways, but if I draw 2 vowels I'm usually fucked, if I leave the 8K spot open for SH words. I wasn't able to permute too much, but I figured OI might be better than PEIN, even if he is able to block my bingoes. Quackle says PEIN wins 85% vs 77%
>Ricky_Sirois: AAIIL 10J AALII +12 352
