#player1 Matthew_Larocque Matthew Larocque
#player2 Risa_Horowitz Risa Horowitz
>Matthew_Larocque: ADLNRRU 8D DURRA +16 16
#note After last game's intensity, didn't even have time to recover before being thrown back into the fray! Of note: DURAL, but *DURRAL. I did not know LURDAN.
>Risa_Horowitz: UW D6 WU. +7 7
>Matthew_Larocque: ?CCLNWY G7 C.Y +15 31
#note Bit of a miss here, I guess the Y is the lesser of two evils between the Y and the W. CL(A)W wins the sim. I think I'm just automatically attracted to plays that use bonus squares and reject anything that doesn't.
>Risa_Horowitz: EFIN E3 FINE +19 26
>Matthew_Larocque: ?ACLNTW 3C WA.T +20 51
#note TW(I)N/W(I)LT keep a vowel.
>Risa_Horowitz: EP 9G .EP +13 39
>Matthew_Larocque: ?CEELNU 4D L.EU +14 65
#note I actually see LUCERNE which I have missed before, but no go.
>Risa_Horowitz: BIRS H1 RIBS +27 66
>Matthew_Larocque: ?CEFNNT C5 FEN +16 81
#note 2H INFECT? Eh....
>Risa_Horowitz: AEV E8 .VEA +14 80
>Matthew_Larocque: ?CHINST 1A SNITCHe. +89 170
#note Total blind guess, but seemed like a stupid word that would actually be a word. I saw NITCHIES as well, but strangely forgot it's anagram of ICHNITES. Lol ITCHINGS!
>Risa_Horowitz: MY F10 MY +28 108
>Matthew_Larocque: ADEIILU 12B DUAL +18 188
#note Quackle really hates this, but how much to I want to open with a rack like this? That said I'd go for D11 DULIA if I had remembered DULIA was a word. 10I AUDILE, I'd probably challenge an S hook on that :/
>Risa_Horowitz: EIQR C11 Q.IRE +28 136
>Matthew_Larocque: AEIIIKT 15A KE.T +27 215
#note Nasty but forced, except I missed T(R)AIK for 38 dammit!
>Risa_Horowitz: DESZ J6 ZEDS +43 179
>Matthew_Larocque: AAEIIIP K4 PIA +21 236
#note There was like a 99% chance I was going to exchange, but as always my opponent's play makes that decision less obvious. I did a long sim and this finishes just behind A(R)IA which I didn't see at all.
>Risa_Horowitz: AIJO L1 JIAO +46 225
>Matthew_Larocque: AEIIILO 1L .IAO +33 269
#note I've never been so happy to see someone score 46 points. I was ready for a slow demise until she saved my rack.
>Risa_Horowitz: HOOT M3 HOOT +29 254
>Matthew_Larocque: EEIILNT N1 .LINE +24 293
#note Or ANILE.
>Risa_Horowitz: ALORR I9 .ARLOR +9 263
>Matthew_Larocque: BEEGINT H13 BEG +24 317
#note Have to play it safe even though B(R)ING scores better.
>Risa_Horowitz: OV 15F VO. +7 270
>Matthew_Larocque: ?EIMNTT 14G T..MINaTE +84 401
#note Yes I saw the MUCH safer bingo here in O5 SMITTEN, and I succumbed to my selfish desires to play a 9. I'm trading spread for instant gratification! The difference is actually shocking though. Despite scoring 8 more points, it valuates nearly 30 points lower than SMITTEN. A really bad time to draw an unlikely nine.
>Risa_Horowitz: ADGOOSX 15M GOX +64 334
>Matthew_Larocque: EGN 7I G.NE +13 414
#note 13K 19
>Matthew_Larocque: (ADOS) +10 424
#note If she finds her best play after SMITTEN and I find my best out, I win by 32 more points than I did here! Geez.
