>Chris_Kulig: AEKOR 8D KORAE +28 28
>Joshua_Sokol: AINSTTU F4 ANTI.UST +62 62
#note Had I trusted my first instincts, I would have challenged KORAE and played UT or exchanged U. By letting this phony go, I give myself similar winning chances and reduce variance.

So, with perfect word knowledge, which route do you take?

Do you challenge the word off and make your opponent think very hard after your next play, perhaps putting them on psychological tilt and causing their game to alter itself?

Or do you let the word go and play your bingo, forcing your opponent to try and mount a comeback?

Either option is palatable. In any sense I should have played TITANOUS for 4 more. Slightly better all in all to take the points despite giving more back.
>Chris_Kulig: BD 9E D.B +19 47
>Joshua_Sokol: EEGHINV 4D HE.VING +30 92
#note S(HEAVING) makes this play a bit worse, but I think I should still go with it over a more aggressive HE(A)VE
>Chris_Kulig: CP 7E P.C +26 73
>Joshua_Sokol: ACEIRVW H1 WAV.ER +36 128
#note again liking the more conservative and point-grabbing play over the more aggressive, bingo-oriented plays. I don't want to have to hope for a bingo here.
>Chris_Kulig: AGII 11E A.IGI +12 85
>Joshua_Sokol: ?ACDIRY 10I ACRIDlY +70 198
#note cause you know, bingos just come to me naturally. I missed a few things here. C(A)RYAtID, not sure I remember that one, DIARCHY, DRYADIC and R(A)DIANCY. Weaksauce.
>Chris_Kulig: EHTY 12B THEY +25 110
>Joshua_Sokol: ?DIOWXZ O7 DOZ. +51 249
#note I chickened out of DOXY! And after the fact I regretted not playing W(H)IZ because anything he could play through the Z would probably give me strong plays with my X, and the leave is more palatable.
>Chris_Kulig: AELNRST B8 SLAT.ERN +70 180
>Joshua_Sokol: ?IITUWX 15A U.WIT +27 276
>Chris_Kulig: IQ A7 QI +39 219
>Joshua_Sokol: ?DEIOPX N2 ePOXIED +92 368
#note I played EPOXIED, and I think Jackson did too. Or he played EPOXIDE. And I played POXIED* and PROXIED* at Nationals this year. The anagram of PROXIED* is 120 points. jeez
>Chris_Kulig: AEGNRS M7 GAR.ENS +35 254
>Joshua_Sokol: BELMOOU M1 BOULE +34 402
>Chris_Kulig: FINO H11 .ONIF +30 284
>Joshua_Sokol: EEEMNRT K10 .E +4 406
#note Greedily going for a couple of things here. Suboptimal.
>Chris_Kulig: FLLOO 1C FOLLO. +13 297
>Joshua_Sokol: EEMNRTU 1A UN...... +42 448
>Joshua_Sokol: EEMNRTU -- -42 406
#note But he blocked NUMERATE! And then I played this. Hilarious. Didn't think it was good.
>Chris_Kulig: AAEJMOS 3C JAM +33 330
#note C9 AMA(H)S
>Joshua_Sokol: EEMNRTU 13A M.ETER +34 440
#note -2 cause I was unsure of TEEMER.
>Chris_Kulig: AEOS 12J AEO.S +13 343
>Chris_Kulig: (NU) +4 347
